Our Advisory Services include the design, development, and implementation support of action plans that increase the effectiveness of a client’s activities as they impact their manufacturing customers and/or suppliers.

Recent consulting projects include:

  • Designing a global marketing and sales organization structure to enable our client to better meet the needs of their global customers;
  • Designing and implementing a process that monthly gathers and updates critical supplier address information for the client’s enterprise system;
  • Developing a supplier risk assessment protocol that prioritizes, on a monthly basis, the sourcing risk associated with each of the client’s top 150 suppliers;
  • Designing and implementing a bi-monthly customer pulse survey that provides current and trend analysis of the customers’ perception of various interfacing working activities with the customer;
